Hello and welcome to the very 1st episode of Rebellion Radio, a brand new Hunger Games Podcast! Episode #1 introduces your hosts, and only covers the latest big news stories (later episodes will feature book discussion). This week features the decision to split the films into 4, a geeky moment, and a fun parody. Enjoy!

Oh, one more thing. I agree, it does seem like they’re over merchandising things and I really hope it turns out better than the Percy Jackson movie. That one was such a huge disappointment.
Love the new podcast guys!! I can’t wait for more episodes! And if you REALLY want to get into The Hunger Games, talk to Natalie (PercyQuest web mistress) or me, cause we’re both completely submerged in the genius of it.
I agree with what you guess said about the whole cast on the poster. I would like it better if it was a picture of Katniss hidding in the trees from another contender trying to find her with a weapon ready. I think a better slogan than ‘May the odds be forever in your favor.’ would be “Winning means fame and fortune.Losing means certain death.The Hunger Games have begun…” it would make people more intrested in it.Have you guess ever thought of maybe making a Hunger Games parody contest? I mean they have a lot of parodies out there and it could be a really cool thing to do. Love the podcast :)
I think the tag line should be “Let the Games begin…”

Thank you for all the ‘new news’. I though I was updated but I guess not. When you mentioned the movie being split into four movies, are they cutting the last book on half or are they evenly dividing the time between all three? How do you guys feel about the movie cast choices? Do you think they picked the right actors for whom you pictured Katniss, Gale, Peeta, etc.. to be?

Haha i thought the Parody of i Wanna Go by Britney Spears associated with The Hunger Games was kinda funny! :D Also, The Hunger Games BETTER come out and sell because this trilogy was amazing to read and so i really think its should get as famous as Twilight did.
